Terms and Conditions for Customers

  1. FND (Food Next Door Private Limited) has made all endeavors to ensure adherence by the Chef to strict hygiene and quality of ingredients and food prepared by him/her. FND has further advised the Chef to ensure good packaging suitable for the food prepared by him/her.
  2. The Customer before placing an order on FND App is made aware that FND is merely a platform connecting the Chef and the end-user/customer and FND shall not be responsible for any issue arising out of the orders placed by the customers and food prepared by the Chef. The Chef registered with FND assumes all responsibilities regarding hygiene and quality of ingredients and food prepared by him/her. The Customer specifically indemnifies and holds harmless FND for any complaints received with regard to the quality of food and hygienic conditions under which the food is prepared.

Terms and conditions for Home-chefs

  1. It shall be the duty and endeavor of the Chef to ensure strict hygiene and quality of ingredients and food prepared by him/her. The Chef shall further ensure good packaging suitable for the food prepared by him/her. The Chef shall not be permitted to supply food that is not personally prepared by him/her or is prepared at other premises than the premises registered with FND (Food Next Door Private LImited) and for which the license has been obtained from the competent authority.
  2. The Chef before registering with FND (Food Next Door Private Limited) is made aware that FND is merely a platform connecting the Chef and the end-user/customer and FND shall not be responsible for any issue arising out of the orders placed by the customers and food prepared by the Chef. The Chef registered with FND assumes all responsibilities regarding hygiene and quality of ingredients and food prepared by him/her. The Chef specifically indemnifies and holds harmless FND for any complaints received with regard to the quality of food and hygienic conditions under which the food is prepared.
