I try my best to use fresh ingredients since tradition demands it and ultimately because they taste better than the alternatives. My dishes are Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda, Punjabi Rajma Chawal, Veg Cheese lollipop, Chilly Paneer, Punjabi Bread Roll, and Special Punjabi Paratha- Aloo, Gobi, Paneer, Veg Corn Cutlets and Special kachumbari with French Fries.
