Cooking is something I love to do for relaxation. I am a passionate home chef. I love to use fresh ingredients and get into the seasonality of the cuisine. My specialty is Maharashtrian dishes.No dish is authentic unless it harbors fresh and healthy ingredients like vegetables. Even though I work a lot, I spend time in the kitchen regularly preparing many dishes.
My dishes are Dry Chicken, Fish Curry, Crab biriyani, Chicken Biriyani, Mutton Biriyani, One of the best traditional Maharastra Dish-Puran Poli with Katachi Amti, Aluchya Panachi Vadi, Crispy Roti Pakode and Kolhapuri Misal.
