Hi, I am Punam. I enjoy cooking recipes from different Indian cuisines. I believe it’s important to eat food that is both healthy and fresh so I prepare all meals at home by myself.

The way the food is cooked makes a big difference, but I want to prepare my dishes in such a way that they are good for health, yet delicious enough so once don’t feel guilty about eating! Maharashtrian recipes are my specialty.

Some of my special dishes are Sev Bhaji, Ringan Nu Bharthu, Kopara Barafi, chakli from different flour like rice or wheat,  Healthy Rotla from different types of flour like Ragi, Makai, Chokha, Jowar, Bajari.
