Hi, I am Krupa. I am very passionate about cooking and especially cooking with fresh and healthy ingredients. I use a bunch of them in my recipes and even incorporate them into other dishes to bring out new flavors that are wonderful. Making Gujarati food has been an absolute joy because it’s so rich in culture, history and deliciousness!
Some of my specialities are Gajar Halwa (winter special healthy sweet dish made from carrot), Mawa Sing Barfi (sweet made from peanuts and milk mawa),PaniPuri, Ringan Bharthu and Bajra Rotlo,Khaman.
