Hi, I am Jyotsana. I am a passionate home chef. Just like I believe there is no more excellent art than music, cooking is an almost spiritual experience for me. When putting together a recipe, I love to use as many fresh ingredients as I can and get into the seasonality of the cuisine. So whether it’s winter or spring or summer or autumn, I constantly challenge myself to try new dishes from different cuisines, keeping in mind that cooking our food at home gives us the ultimate power to customize any word the way we want it!
My dishes are Cake Cookies, NanKhatai, Pakodas, different types of fast food, Pakodas, Idli Sambhar, Seasons Jam, Methi Pak and Gundar Pak in Winter, Achar and Chhundo(sweet mango pickle) in Summer.
